Welcome to The Living Hope, a Christian charity based in Herefordshire. We are dedicated to helping individuals facing disadvantage, poverty, homelessness, and addiction. Our mission is to guide people from rough sleeping through emergency accommodation to the specialist supported housing they need to achieve health and independence.

Our Approach:

• ‘Move On’ Accommodation: We provide a crucial step towards breaking the cycle of dependence. Our tailored support helps individuals build the skills and confidence they need for a fulfilling and self-sufficient life.
• Comprehensive Support: Our compassionate team of volunteers assist with life skills, housing, budgeting, education, and more. We also offer personal mentoring and collaborate with local agencies to ensure everyone receives the care they need.
• Community Outreach: Last winter, The Living Hope Hub was transformational, offering warm meals to those in need every evening for 4 months whilst the Winter Night Shelter operated. It’s just one example of how we strive to make a meaningful impact in our community.
